Pre School Gymnastics

Cardiff Olympic offers classes for children aged 3-5yrs, which are designed to encourage children to enjoy exercise and movement, as well as developing co-ordination and communication skills. The classes also aim to familiarise children with some gymnastic equipment i.e. bars, beam and trampoline. Above all, the club promotes fun in a safe environment.

The courses are supervised by WGA (Welsh Gymnastics Association) qualified coaches. The number of places per course are limited so that each coach can give their full attention to each child in the gym.

During each course, children are encouraged to achieve specific targets to qualify for BGA (British Gymnastics Association) funfit reward scheme bronze, silver and gold awards. Each course lasts 10 weeks.
